Just wondering if anyone knows if screen-readers have the ability to check the box that says "I am not a bot" when you're trying to sign up for something. I was trying to enter my information at the Equifax security page, but I get one of those check boxes that don't seem to get checked when I press the space bar. Thank you.
I don't know the answer to your question, but I know those varification things are very fast to reset
you enter the code in like a few seconds, or you have to start again with a new image
those images arn't like the regular ones either
on some sites you have to fill in some numbers or letters, but on what you're talking about you usually have to click and drag images
like it will say, click on all the images of flowers
you get the idea
Sure. It depends on the browser though. I have better success when I use Firefox.
It's been a while since I ran into this, but if I recall, I route to JAWS cursor (if you're using JAWS), arrow to the check box, hit enter then go back to virtual cursor. If that doesn't do the trick, go to JAWS cursor again, arrow to edit box, switch back to virtual cursor and then hit enter (space bar also an alternative).
Good luck. I think it usually takes me a few tries before I get it right/figure it out.
